NorthlandHolisticHealth.com collects and monitors information from our users at several different points on our website.

To order products through our website, a user must first complete a registration form.  During registration, a user is required to disclose contact information such as name, shipping address, e-mail address, etc.

Changing or Removing Information

After receiving your request, such information will be deleted assuming (i) you are current with all payment obligations; (ii) NorthlandHolisticHealth.com does not believe it is reasonably necessary to keep such information for any pending legal action; and (iii) we are under no other legal obligation to retain such information. If such information is deleted, however, any unfulfilled orders will be canceled without refund and you will have to re-register with NorthlandHolisticHealth.com in order to use our services again.

Since Anonymous Information is by its very nature non-personally identifying, we have no way to locate Anonymous Information obtained by your use of our site. In addition, Anonymous Information is often aggregated; therefore, we cannot remove Anonymous Information obtained from you or as a result of your usage of the website or service.

Changes will be posted to this privacy statement, our homepage, and/or other places we deem conspicuous and appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

Shipping & Delivery

Refund Policy: NorthlandHolisticHealth.com does not issue direct refunds for the services or products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer if, and only if, they offer such a policy.
We do not allow any returns on supplements, as we are unable to control the temperature of these products once they have been shipped.
We will not issue refunds for shipments seized by Customs officials.
All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information provided by the manufacturer, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products.
Our commitment to offering high quality teas is backed by our in-house guarantee; therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your tea purchase simply contact us for an exchange for another tea product of equal or lesser value.   As with any order to be delivered, shipping costs will apply to any product shipped.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

• All purchases shipped within the continental United States or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are charged the appropriate shipping fee based on the shipping carrier (UPS or U.S. Postal Service) and method (regular or priority) you select.
• Free shipping for orders of $75 or more (Continental U.S. only).
• UPS Ground, Please allow 7-10 days shipping time
• Next Business and Second Day, Product orders must be placed before 11AM Central Time to ship same day.  This policy only applies to in-stock items.  UPS Ground will be the default shipment method for all special order items and items that are not in-stock.
• For Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders, extra shipping charges apply.
• Shipping charges are in addition to product prices and are based on the total value of your order and recipient address.
• We do not ship our tea products internationally at this time.

Order Complications: We will immediately notify you of any complications with your order, including back orders, special order items and credit card trouble.

International Shipping

• Charges
  All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via UPS and typically take approximately 7-14 days for delivery. Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination.
• Duties and taxes
  Our pricing does not include duties, insurance costs or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.
• Statement on restrictions
  NorthlandHolisticHealth.com strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Backorders: Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days. Special order items may take longer. Any special order or backorder item will delay your international delivery. Unless instructed otherwise, your order will be shipped when all products are available.
